SITE is up and running!!!

We are up and running with adopt together.  This is a GREAT way to fundraise for our adoption.  It is all tax deduction and can be a safe and secure way for us to fundraise.  I am super excited about this.  :) Please share and get us out there to everyone.  WE still have about $30,000 left to fundraise at least.  But I know God can do it.  Share this site....get the word out there.  Please!!!

Adoption progress:

We have had our home study meetings and going to mail in a few more papers this week.  We have done our physicals and test for that.  We are finished with training and about to start getting more paper work together.  So much we have done....so much left to do.

One day at a time and one step at a time.  So ready for us to be done and have him home already.  Trusting the Lord and taking one day at a time.  The stress can get to me and I got really sick this past week.  I think my body needed a break.

Ready to jump in this week and get some things checked off my HUGE adoption list.  :)  Please continue to pray for us, spread the news of our fundraiser site, and pray, pray, pray some more.  We miss Trey so much and ready for him to be apart of our family.

Prayers

Please be in prayer for Trey.  Please pray that we get his referral in record time and we can truly start this process of bringing him home.  I can't go into detail but this is a HUGE prayer request.  There our other families that our hearing "no" from birth parents about adoption.

We know in our hearts that Trey is our son.  Please pray that we will get the paper work in RECORD time so that we can truly get going on bringing him home to us.

PLEASE PRAY without ceasing.  And pray for the other families that our getting bad news about adopting their child.  When you give you heart and believe in your heart that your child is your child.....hearing a NO is gut wrenching.  Pray for them...pray for their children at home....pray for their child in China....pray for peace.

We trust in the Lord alone.  We know that it says in the WORD that HIS plans for us is to prosper and for our future.  We trust in that alone.

We love you Trey...miss you terribly...and pray you home across a real big pond.

Paper Work, Stress, Prayers, and Blessings

As the paper work keeps going/coming and I try to get it all in and finished for homestudy the stress of it all sometimes overcomes me.  If you know me at all you know that I am just a little ADD!!  LOL  So paper work, deadlines, more paper work, government paper work that can't be wrong......WIGS me OUT!!!

I am trying not to stress and do one thing at a time.  I hope I do it right the first time.  Lord this is not my strong suit.  I am willing to PAY anyone that has done a dossier to help me.  I am sooooo serious so if you can help or know one that can.  I will pay for help.  :)

Now for the wonderful blessings from you guys.  I have been BLOWN away at the donations, offers of yard sales on our behalf, painting parties to help, and $1,000 checks in the mail.  OH MY....you all are such a blessing.  

It will all come together I am sure of that.  I just have to keep my eyes focused on God and know that if  he brought us to this...he will bring us through it.

We thought it was FOREVER

When we last saw, hugged, touched, and told Trey we loved was August 18th at 4:00 in the morning.  Yes....I said 4:00 in the morning.  It was such and emotional day and moment in our lives.  I never knew the love you could feel for a child after only a few short weeks.  Seeing families gathered around hugging and loving on their hosted child until the very last second, hearing cries and sobs from some of the children, feeling the emotion that was there at the airport was almost torture.  

The moment I had to let him go and he had to go down the escalator I couldn't catch my breath.  Really...it hurt my heart and it even scared me a little because it was so hard to breath.  I knew that moment I wasn't letting go of a sweet child we hosted but I was sending my/our son....our brother....back to China.  

We all cried, we all hugged each other in the ca,r and then we all prayed.  

Now comes the good part......As John says, "I will not leave you as orphans, I will come to you." 

We prayed and felt confirmation to go and proceed with adoption.  

This won't be forever....we will see you again, we will hold you again, we will laugh with you again, we will tell you we love you again, we will have fun with you again, and we will be a FAMILY again.

Please help us to bring Trey home.  We ask for prayer:

1. prayers for paper work to go through smoothly.

2. Trey to feel loved and be excited about being a Wyatt

3. Funding to get him here!!  We need to raise $34,000 more.  

4. That we will get grants to help us with the money.

5. For our family to continue to pray and prepare our hearts to be a family of 5. 

We are coming for you Trey......It will be forever....but this time it will be FOREVER with us!!

The 48 hour total!!!

You guys are awesome!! :)  The total for 48 hours is ........$1,210.00

We are so humbled by your giving and love.  Be looking for our newest fundraiser coming soon.  ADOPTION shirts.  They are so cute.  You all will love them.  :)  Hoping for a car wash soon as well. Once we raise our funds for the homestudy and first initial fees for application with agency we will be applying for grants.  We need to keep raising.  Around $5,000 we need upfront.  Keep sharing.  :)

GRATEFUL!!

We are coming close to our 48 hour fundraiser drive.  I am blessed and beyond grateful that you have first came to this site, prayed for our adoption to get Trey home, and gave with your heart and money.  We are almost at our goal. 48 hour Adoption fundraising DRIVE...

Soooo the journey begins!!!

We are having a 48 hour adoption fundraising drive.  It starts at 3:00 today and will end at 3:00 Monday.

Here at the Wyatt house we are starting to fill out the LOAD of paper work that will come with adoption and fundraise to bring in the funds needed to bring Trey home to our family.  This is a journey of true obedience and faith.  We don't have the money....God does.  We don't have the time....but God says we do.  We don't have the room....but our house feels empty with out him here.  We are so blessed that God has called us to adopt Trey as one of our own.  Please help us in any way you feel led and may God truly bless you for your donation to bring our son home.

Our goal at first was $1,000....but we feel led not to but a top on what God has in store.  So let's see what God can do.  Please know that your donation is blessing and gift to our family.  You are loved.  It will take a village to get Trey here....But God says...HE HAS GOT THIS!!
